Arriving late will likely limit the time allocated for your service, it will lessen the effectiveness and most importantly your pleasure and enjoyment.
Cancellation Policy
Head To Toe Salon & Spa requires a 24 hour notice for appointment cancellation. We do understand sickness and emergencies occur and we will make exceptions when we feel necessary.
If the cancellation is less than 24 hours notice, The card we hold on file will be charged 50% of the scheduled appointment cost. If we can rebook your cancelled time, you will not be charged.
In case of a No-Show for an appointment you will be charged 100% of your scheduled appointment cost.
Pricing Structure
Our pricing structure reflects a level system and is based on experience and demand of the service provider’s time. Service prices may be increased based on length or texture of hair. Up charges for creative styles, creative and corrective color services are based on consultation. Gratuities are not included, but are appreciated.
